Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in the same condition that you received them

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
